Návrh dřevostavby rodinného domu v Popicích

The diploma thesis is focused on design of timber construction of wooden house on the specific area in Popice. In the first part is outlined history of the village, then there are described main requirements for the permanent housing and the requirements for the permanent use of building with barrier-free layout. The following is a general overview of the wood-based construction systems and types of roofing of these structures. In the second part of the thesis is worked out design of five layouts in accordance with the legislative regulations applicable to the Czech Republic and with the territorial plan. For the selected alternative, there is made the design and selection of the appropriate roofing of the building. Design composition of constructions is complemented by calculation of heat transfer coefficient. In the end, there is calculated approximate price of the building construction.
