The aim of this bachelor thesis is calculation of heat losses for chosen types of residential units, and based on heat loss values to find out annual energy consumption for heating. In this thesis is heat loss calculated for borrowed residential unit layouts in two variants. Compared to first variants of residential units the second variants are less thermally insulated. After that we will assess if bigger impact on annual operational expenses is caused by level of thermal insulation or by chosen heat source technology
