Jezdecký areál v Moravských Knínicích

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new timber construction of an equestrian hall for horse dressage in Moravské Knínice. The building will be placed in the location of the current inadequate riding hall, which will be demolished as part of the modernization. The design should respect not only the basic typological, legislative and hygienic requirements, but also the requirements of the investor for the operation of a year-round equestrian hall. Part of the thesis will also be a site study of the whole area with adjacent operations of the given purposes. The proposal respects the local conditions, set out in the local zoning plan, the specific needs of the rural site and the presence of existing utilities. The main output will be the partial drawing documentation of the equestrian hall in the scope of the building permit with the technical description of the solution.
