Pedagogická komunikace ve výuce odborného výcviku z pohledu žáků

The bachelor thesis is focused on pedagogical communication in teaching of vocational training from the point of view of the pupil at secondary school. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to define basic communication and other concepts connected with it. Specifically, it focuses on pedagogical communication, the rules of this communication, the main actors in the role of the teacher and the pupil but also on efficiency and inefficiency of the mutual rela-tionship between the subject and the object of the educational process which is then reflected in the process of communication. The theoretical part uses the method of anal-ysis of reference literature, comparison of different expert theories and then the final synthesis of acquired knowledge. The aim of the practical part is to find out how the communication between the voca-tional training teacher and pupils goes, what are the main difficulties and shortages in this communication, from the point of view of the pupil. The survey is conducted through a questionnaire. Respondents are pupils of the first and the third year of the hairdresser field at selected secondary school in the South Moravian Region. The data from the questionnaire are statistically processed into tables and graphs. Results and the recommendations for pedagogical practice will be drawn from the findings
