Problém komunikační ostýchavosti u žáků středních škol

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic: "The issue of the communication shy-ness in the secondary school pupils". The aim of the theoretical part is to define the concept of the communication, to classify the types of the communication, commu-nication barriers and their elimination. During the elaboration of the theoretical part of the thesis, expert sources of the literature are used. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to find out whether pupils in the sec-ondary schools suffer the communication shyness, further to what extent it and what characterizes it. There is used the quantitative methodology, namely ques-tionnaire technique in the thesis. This methodology approach is based on the al-ready created questionnaire by prof. Prof. PhDr. Peter Gavory, CSc., who is investi-gating shyness in adults. In the survey, pupils of the selected secondary school are interviewed
