Novostavba rodinného domu v Ratíškovicích

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a new building on a specific plot in Ratíškovice. The wooden building will be added to the existing neighbor's house, creating a semi-detachet house. The introduction focus on the village of Ratíškovice, a construction system for wood-based constructions and the foundation of an object near terraced houses. Before the proposal, the dispositional variants and their evaluation are outlined. The practical part deals with the design of compositions and thermal technical assessment. The output of the thesis is a technical description, visualization and blueprints documentation of semi-detached house
