Design odpočivného křesla do bytového interiéru

The aim of this thesis was to design light rest chair for use in private interior. At first it was necessary to study the theory. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory of sitting and the history of sitting furniture at short. Continuels to deal with the typology of sitting furniture and upholstered seating furniture, ergonomics, and proper dimensions. A considerable part is dedicated to ulpholstery technology and contemporary materials. The second half of this thesis describes designing process of the product, from research and first sketches, models creation to creation of the resulting product. Technical drawings is included
