Zhodnocení provozu čistírny odpadních vod Březina

This bachelor thesis evaluates functioning of the wastewater treatment plant in the villa-ge of Březina. In the theoretical part it focuses on legislation that affects operation of wastewater treatment plants, including selected definitions, as well as a description of the technologies of the most commonly used types of wastewater treatment plants in the Czech Republic – the mechanical-biological ones. The practical part deals with specifi-cities of the selected wastewater treatment plant, it describes in detail it’s technical structure and uses graphical summaries of average values from years 2015-2018 to eva-luate it’s effectiveness. It further summarizes the sludge production during the monito-red years. Based on the acquired knowledge the author will formulate some impro-vement suggestions, taking under consideration the current legislation and economical and technical feasibility
