The thesis deals with the economic evaluation of agricultural enterprises based on their size, but also production orientation. The theoretical part describes agriculture as a part of the national economy, agribusiness and its markets to agriculture enterprises and development of their size structure. The thesis also includes the comparison of Czech and European agricultural enterprises. In the practical part are used data from the Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN), which serves to compare the economy of agricultural enterprises of legal as well as natural persons according to economic size and their production orientation
