Vliv ročního období na produkci mléka a tržby v konkrétním podniku zabývajícím se chovem holštýnského skotu

This bachelor thesis deals with influence of the season on the production of milk of Holstein cattle. It was compared whether the season influences revenues in the monitored company. The content of fat, proteins, somatic cells and microorganisms was observed. The data were obtained from the milk reccording scheme from Mléčná farma Lubina, spol. s r.o. The data was used from 2015 to 2017. It was found that the highest average fat and protein content was reached in 2017. In the same year the lowest average number of somatic cells and micro-organisms was measured. According to economic indicators, such as the price per kilogram of milk and the total milk revenues, it was observed that the most favourable prices were paid in 2017 and in the same year the farm reached the highest revenues within the whole observation period
