The diploma thesis is focused on an evaluation of functioning of a specific organic farm. The theoretical part describes the history of organic farming, its significance, objectives and current state of ecological production in the Czech Republic. It also describes the necessary requirements for farming under the organic farming regime, including the control system. The practical part is characterized by a region where a particular farm is located and a description of this ecofarm. The conclusion draws a SWOT analysis and a comparison of the registry data of organic entrepreneurs in the region are made
