Sledování výskytu padlí révy na lokalitě Mutěnice

These bachelor thesis deals with the issue of powdery mildew on grapevine. The work contains history, taxonomy and morphological characteristics of the pathogen and symptoms of disease. Powdery mildew is a fungal disease of grapevine whose meaning has been in recent years increased and is one of the most serious ones. The occurrence of powdery mildew was monitored in Mutěnice in 2018 on ten grape varieties. On those varieties the intensity of disease and the damage index were assessed. The highest frequency was determined for the varieties Sylvaner, St. Laurent and Cabernet Moravia, average damage index for Sylvaner (86,9%), St. Laurent (86,4%) and Cabernet Moravia (84,7%).
