Vinice Šobes

The Bachelor work is focused on the Šobes vineyard wich is in the centre of the National Park Podyjí. This paper describes influences on grapevine in general. These include climate, soil nad geology conditions as well as the line of grapevine and green works in the vineyard. The history of the vineyard and varietes of grapevine are also part of the papers research. There were also made certain sensory evaluation and basic chemichal analysis of selected samples of wine. Thanks to he vineyard´s natural conditions, the Šobes belongs among best vineyards in the Europe. The outcomes of the paper shows the necessity of Šobes vineyard´s recovery in order to keep its best status and quality
