Strategický plán vybraného mikroregionu

Diploma thesis entitled "Strategic plan of selected microregion" deals with strategic analysis and compilation of strategic plan focused on development of the microregion Bílé Karpaty. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis consists of a literature review which deals with the definition of basic theoretical concepts in the scope of strategic planning and the process of creating a strategic document. In the second part of the thesis a situational analysis of the chosen area is created which is followed up with SWOT analysis. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey is carried out, the aim of which is to find out the opinion of the representatives of the microregion municipalities on the individual areas of life in the territory and the direction of development of the microregion. At the end of the thesis there is a design of the strategic plan of the microregion Bílé Karpaty
