Changes of the brewing industry in the Czech republic after 1989

This bachelor thesis describes changes in the brewing industry after the political changes in 1989. The first part of the thesis describes the history of brewing in our territory. A crucial part of this thesis is focused on the changes and development after the 1989 and aims at the state breweries, national breweries, and microbreweries. Next part of the thesis describes changes attached to breweries after the European Union admission. Part of the thesis is also a practical experiment from the field of nutrition and fertilization of barley and their impact on the yield and quality of grain determined for malting purposes. The final part of the thesis is devoted to raw materials needed for the production of beer and consumption of beer in the Czech Republic
