Vinařské obce Starovice, Uherčice

This bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of climate and pedological conditions on grape vine. This paper focuses on the villages Starovice and Uherčice. The aim of this work is to describe vineyard tracks of the presented area, especially in terms of vine varieties, soil conditions, climate conditions and ways of grape vine growing. Significant local winegrowers are mentioned. The practical part is based on the chemical and senzory analysis of the characteristic wine from this region
