The bachelor thesis is focus on effects which affect to cultivating grapevine. It deals with villages Znojmo and Nový Šaldorf-Sedlešovice. The main points of the thesis constitute effects to cultivating grapevine, specific targeting to villages and practical part. There is mentioned characteristic of villages, varieties of grapevine, effects to grapevine and important producers. Attention is focus on vineyard tracks especially their varieties of grapevine and soil, geological, climatic and topographic factors. The end of the thesis is focus on practical part which is consists of chemical and senzory analysis
