This bachelor thesis is focused on design of suitable technology of motorcycle sprocket, made from sheet metal 11 500 with a thickness of 6 mm. The production series of this component is 100 000 pieces per year. Before selecting the most suitable technology for the production of rosette the evaluation of different available technologies was carried out, of which as the most appropriate method, the accurate cutting with pressing edge is selected.
