Business plan - Establishment of Fitness Center

The subject of the thesis is to create a Business Plan for the establishment of a fitness center in Brno. The first part defines the theoretical background that characterizes the business environment in the Czech Republic and which gives us the basis for processing the analytical part. The analytical part of this work is devoted to complex analysis, marketing research and evaluation of the current market conditions. In the final part, based on the performed analyzes, the business plan itself is created, including all legal requirements within the Czech business environment
