The master´s thesis deals with economic and financial analysis and evaluation of the MND a.s. company using modern methods and tools. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literary research, which focused on theory associated with the economic and financial analysis. The analytical part consists of company presentation, economic and financial analysis. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations that could improve the financial status of the company
