Proposal to Improve Maintenance Strategy in the Industry 4.0 Context

This bachelor's thesis deals with a proposal of a maintenance strategy refinement in the context of Industry 4.0 in a selected company, particularly in the operating center of Subtil corporation located in Myjava. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of maintenance itself, its strategies and development across industrial revolutions and the related theory of the Industry 4.0 concept and its cyber-physical principles. The practical part is devoted to the description of the current maintenance strategy in the company and the description of the current state of knowledge in the field of maintenance in the context of Industry 4.0. Subsequently, the findings are applied to the maintenance strategy of Subtil according to its needs and capabilities
