Onboarding Process of Filipino Workers in the Organizations Operating in the Czech Republic

4 Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the process of adaptation of Filipinos in organizations operating in the Czech Republic. This thesis aims to analyze problems in the process of adaptation of workers in organizations. The thesis is devoted to the whole adaptation process, different approaches to the adaptation process and its phases are described. The specifics of the Philippine working culture are also presented and compared with the working culture in the Czech Republic. Part of this work is an empirical investigation, which aims to identify problems of adaptation of Filipinos and followed with options for effective adaptation process. The survey was carried out in the form of a semi-structured interview with Filipinos currently working in the Czech Republic.
