Issues concerning the employment of people with disabilities

(in English): The aim of the thesis "Issues concerning the employment of people with disabilities" is to map the motivation and needs of people with disabilities as well as their employers in the labor market, to describe a role of human resources and to define further possibilities of how to make the employment system more effective. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes factors that influence the employment and describes the role of a personal department in a company. The research part examines both employees and employers motivations and needs by using the qualitative method. The discussion focuses on the role of a social worker in the corporate companies
