This thesis discusses the state of democracy in the Czech Republic. As its name suggests, the aim is to answer the question of whether the end of liberal democracy is coming. According to the authors hypothesis, The Czech Republic had experienced a significant shift in political development, and it had in recent years turned away from the liberal democratic order. In the first part of this thesis, the author introduces the concept of liberal democracy from a theoretical point of view, including its development, with emphasis on the problematic genesis.
