Add to ORKGThe subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house with a design office. The building is designed on a plot of land, which is located on the outskirts of the village Drásov in the district of Brno-venkov, the terrain is flat. The family house is designed as a detached, no basement. The proposed building consists of three parts, a one-storey garage, a two-storey residential part and a single-storey business premises, a design office, which is designed to be used as a barrier-free apartment. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks, ceiling structures from ceramic inserts and ceramic concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof
