Detached house with a workshop

Abstract The aim of the bachelor's thesis is solution of construction of „Detached house with workshop“ in the form of project documentation. It´s new detached house located on the outskirts of the village Dubňany on flat ground with possibility of connection to all engineering networks with total area of 1531,75 square meters. The house is without a basement and it consists of two storeys and flat roof. The use of the workshop is designed as a tailor´s shop with a sewing workshop. The unity of the facade is broken by the use of three different materials and large-format windows that allow connection with the surrounding landscape. A significant element is the stone cladding and overhanging structures, distinguished from the surrounding facade by a gray trowel imitating exposed concrete. Perimeter masonry is designed from HELUZ ceramic blocks, which are also used for internal load-bearing structures. The layout is divided by plasterboard partitions. The ceilings are chosen as monolithic reinforced concrete and are covered with plasterboard ceilings. The interior staircase is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete.
