Project Risk Management in a Selected Organization

This diploma thesis deals with risk management of the chosen project in a construction company, processing of possible risks and a proposal of potential measures. The methods of project management are used to achieve the main goal. The substantial part is an analysis of the current state of DOLP s.r.o., following with other methods such as an analysis of inside and outside surroundings and the final analysis SWOT, where the weaknesses and strenghts are evaluated, opportunities and threats. Some possible risks of the project were obtained on the grounds of made analyses provided with corrective measures
