Organization and course of construction contract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the organization and development of a construction contract. The theoretical part explains, what project management is, describe life cycle of the construction, assessment the price of the construction work and which software is used. In the practical part is the description of the contractor and how the construction proceeded. Subsequently, my alternative procedure is described and its valued by the expert estimate and with the price system. The aim is to evaluate the differences between the real and alternative progress of construction
