A study to evaluate the effectiveness of sodium phenytoin dressing on wound healing among patients with diabetic foot ulcer at C.F.H. in Oddanchatram. The study was conducted in Christian Fellowship Hospital at Oddanchatram. Quasi experimental time series design was used for the study; permission was obtained from the Medical superintendent and HOD of Surgery. Data collection was done over a period of four weeks. The investigator had selected sixty subjects in which 30 in experimental group and 30 in control group by convenience sampling technique. Oral concern was obtained from the subjects.
