Summarizes the general requirements of national and international regulations for the individual participants of the transport of dangerous goods and analyzes relating omissions. It also deals with the system of dangerous goods occurrence report to the appropriate authorities and the possibility of using the outputs from these reports for the purposes of analyze, definition of causes, investigation and prevention of their occurrence
