This research aims to develop integrated thematic teaching materials that are practical and effective. The design was then validated by 3 experts and 2 practitioners. Practicality is seen through the results of the analysis of the implementation of lesson plans, student and teacher response questionnaires. Effectiveness is seen through the results of observations of student activities and learning outcomes. The results obtained, validation of RPP obtained an average of 3.72 with the category of very valid. Validation of teaching materials obtained an average of 3.70 with a very valid category. The mastery of student learning outcomes reaches 88%. This means integrated thematic teaching materials have been valid, practical and effective used...
