Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) is an exercise and education program aimed to help individuals improve fitness levels to return to their careers and social lives. The dropout rate is high, between 25% to 50%, and is related to several factors with an early predictor being higher anxiety levels. It is important to understand the patterns and consistency of this variable as it changes throughout the day and its association physical activity (PA) in order to influence interventions.
