PENGARUH PENKES TENTANG KANKER SERVIKS TERHADAP SIKAP DAN MOTIVASI WANITA USIA SUBUR UNTUK MELAKUKAN DETEKSI DINI KANKER SERVIKS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NILAM SARI TAHUN 2019

  Cervical cancer is cancer that occurs in the cervical area caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Preventive measure can be done by delivering health education of early detection of cervical cencer with IVA method. The purpose of this research to see the effect of health education about cervical cancer on the attitudes and motivation of women of childbearing age to early detection of cervical cancer in the work area of Nilam Sari Health Center in 2019. The design of this research was quasi experimental with the approach of one group pretest - posttest design. The research was conducted on 26 june to 04 July 2019. The population in this research are the women of childbearing age for curing at the Nilam Sari Health Center of Bukittinggi. The sample of the research are as many as 33 people. The results of showed the average value of attitudes of respondents before being given consideration 26.27, the average value of the respondent's attitude after being given treatment 30.82 and the average value of respondents 'motivation before being given treatment 26.45, the average value of respondents' motivation after being given treatment 30.91. The results of the attitude data is analysis using the t test obtained a value of p = 0,000 and motivation obtained a value of p = 0.001 means that there is the influence of health professionals about cervical cancer on attitudes and motivations of women of childbearing age to make early detection of cervical cancer. Researcher suggestion is expected for of Health Center to always provide counseling or socialization about early detection of cervical cancer and knowledge about the adverse effects of cervical cancer by forming discussion classes and appointing a leader from the respondent so that respondents are more aware and know the importance of doing early detection.     &nbsp
