Grant house next to a family home

Due to lack of proper information on government-approved designs after the 2015 earthquake, many one-room houses have been built that do not fulfill the needs of the family. In this photo, an incomplete government grant house stands next to family home that does not meet the government-approved criteria, but does meet the needs of the family.
