This phenomenological qualitative study examines how five graduates of 200-hundred hour yoga teacher training programs apply their knowledge of the eight limbs of yoga to their professional roles. Upon graduating from a yoga teacher training program, some trainees choose to teach yoga, but many do not. This study focuses on the potential benefits of the practice of yoga and explores possible connections between yoga, ethics, intrapersonal and interpersonal relations, emotional intelligence and leadership. Data was collected through interviews with graduates of 200-hour yoga teacher training programs
