Real time PI implementation on liquid level control by means of PLC

Bu çalışmada sıvı seviyesinin PI denetleyici ile istenilen seviyeye en kısa zamanda ulaşması ve bu değerde sabit kalması amaçlamaktadır. Denetim parametrelerini sistemin özelliklerine uygun bir şekilde seçebilmek için sistemin gecikmesi kullanılarak gerekli olan PID parametreleri hesaplanmıştır.Bu çalışmada, Siemens S7-300 PLC kullanarak sıvı seviyesinin kontrolü gerçek zamanlı olarak yapılmıştır. Denetleyici olarak Simatic Manager yazılım programı içerisinde bulunan FB41 PID bloğu, data toplamak için ultrasonik sensör, sıvı beslemesi için pompa kullanılmıştır.
