Technostress is the trends and challenges of the librarians in the 21st century knowledge management. It is a modern disease of adaptation caused by an inability to cope with the new technologies in a healthy manner. It manifests itself in the struggle to accept technological innovations. The study sought to answer the following: what is the profile of the librarians; what is the level of technostress of librarians in terms of physical, emotional, behavioral, and psychological; and how did the librarians cope with technostress?
