In this article, we aim to reflect on the models of teaching practices that facilitate the learning process, without references to didactic experience and reflection of this process, reflective practical practices and professional reflection of two higher education teachers. The methodology of this study is of a nature qualitative with descriptive character. These dynamics demonstrate that such practices use game methods (such as gamification) and with playfulness and knowledge exchange between students, showing a great interest in learning by students.
