El estado regional y su aplicablidad en Colombia

The regional State, as a variant of the compound State similar to the Spanish nation, is a territorial organizational form that cannot be accepted in Colombian legislation, explaining the constitutional reasons or reasons to arrive at said conclusion is the central purpose of these lines . The above is based on the organizational structure of the current political power configured by the constituent, that being a unitary State does not allow the adoption of autonomous communities such as those existing in Spain, being the constitutional amendment by those who have the power to reform and replace the appropriate mechanism to mutilate the form of the Colombian state.El Estado regional como una variante del Estado compuesto a semejanza de la nación española,  es una forma organizativa territorial que no puede ser acogida en la legislación colombiana , explicar los motivos o las razones constitucionales  para arribar a dicha conclusión es el propósito  central de esta líneas. Lo anterior se fundamenta en la estructura organizativa del poder político actual configurado por el constituyente, que siendo un Estado unitario no posibilita la adopción de comunidades autónomas  como las existentes en España, siendo la enmienda constitucional por quien tiene poder de reforma y sustitución el mecanismo adecuado para mutuar la forma del  Estado .colombiano
