PENERAPAN DIGITAL MARKETING DI LEARNING CENTER ROBOKIDZ DUKUH KUPANG SURABAYA

The purpose of this research problem is how the application of digital marketing in the ROBOKidz Dukuh Kupang Learning Center. This research aims to find out the most effective platform to be implemented as a marketing platform for services from ROBOKidz Hamlet Kupang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The place to do this research is the ROBOKidz Dukuh Kupang Surabaya Learning Center. This data collection technique through interviews and retrieval of work documents in accordance with research. Data analysis was performed descriptively, with the main source of research information being carried out with one person, Social Media Specialist. The object of this research is the Social Media Platform. From the results of this study Insight data is needed from each Social media platform used at the ROBOKidz Dukuh Kupang Surabaya Learning Center and data from the admin and Receptionist to provide a real comparison of the benefits of using Digital Marketing marketing methods.
