Andrew Nazzaro, Oral History Interview, 2019

Dr. Andrew Nazzaro is co-founder and longtime instructor with the Eastern Michigan University Historic Preservation Program. Hired in 1970, Nazzaro and colleague Marshall McLennan worked to develop and design the Historic Preservation Program, receiving funding to initiate courses in 1979. An avid scholar and traveler, Nazzaro also maintained a presence in several African countries, and from 1979 until 1981 served as Chief of Party to Basic Education Development Program in Yemen.
