Maximising the social and economic contributions of the domestic workers through trade union organising has been a challenge in Nigeria. This study examines the impact of trade union organising on the domestic workers and their socio-economic contributions to the national economy. This study adopted a survey method using structured questionnaire. One hundred and eighty nine (189) respondents were selected from seven urban cities/clusters through a multi-stage sampling procedure in Lagos State, Nigeria. Only one hypothesis was formulated for the study. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to describe and analyse the data collected.
