Abstract

A letter from Laurence L. Doggett to John W. Jefferson dated November 21, 1918. In the letter Doggett tells Jefferson what has been happening at the College and what the end of the war has done. Doggett also tells him what he has planed for the future of the CollegeJohn William Jefferson graduated in the class of 1917. After graduating he joined the service and worked with the Y.M.C.A. during WWI in Egypt, Syria, and Palestine. When the war ended he worked as a National Physical Director for Malay States, Singapore, and Straits Settlements until 1940. He would die the next year (1941) in Perlis, Malaya
