Determinan Perilaku Remaja Putri Melakukan SADARI dalam Upaya Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara

Behavior BSE (breast self-examination) is very important for adolescent girls. Breast self-examination is one way to detect a lump or tumor in the breast. If adolescent girls know the importance of breast self-examination can be as an effort to prevent breast cancer earlier. The purpose of this research is to find out determinant adolescent girls behavior conduct BSE in efforts to prevent breast cancer in SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The kind of analytic quantitativ research used the cross sectional design. The population in this study was a hight school students totaling 443 people. The sample in this study amounted to 107 adolescent girls using the random sampling technique. The results showed that knowledge was not related to breast self-examination with  p value 0.234, attitude was not related to breast self-examination with p value 0.095, results for people closely related to breast self-examination with p value 0,008 and source of information related to breast self-examination with p value 0,002. Expected to SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru to conduct health promotion related to prevention of breast cancer by doing breast self-examination (BSE).Bibliography          : 20 (2009-2017)                                &nbsp
