EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENGADAAN HIASAN JALAN (POT BUNGA) OLEH DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG KOTA PEKANBARU

This study aims to analyze to determine the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Road Ornament Procurement Program (Flower Pot) by the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Pekanbaru City, and to find out the obstacles faced by the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Pekanbaru in running a program to procure Flower Pot along the road in the city of Pekanbaru. The indicators of this study are Program Understanding, Right Target, Timely, Achievement of Goals, Real Changes Before and After the Program. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, namely prioritizing questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in the studied location. The population used in this study is the Head of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Head of Garden Maintenance Section, Head of Parks Section, and Community Around the Research Site. The saturated sampling technique used in assigning individuals For the employee population and accidental sampling techniques for the community, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Road Ornament Procurement Program (Flower Pot) by the Office of Public Works and Pekanbaru City Spatial Planning was "Effective"
