PERANAN CAMAT DALAM MEMBINA BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA DI KECAMATAN HULU KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

The purpose of this research is to see the extent of the role of the Sub-District Head in Building Village Consultative Body in the District of Hulu Kuantan. This type of research is a descriptive survey using quantitative and qualitative methods. Actually the focus of this research uses quantitative research methods, but this study also uses qualitative research methods with the aim of supporting the accuracy of the results so that they can be accounted for and easy to understand. This data collection instrument uses quesiner as the main raw material to obtain real conditions. Besides this research also uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. As for sampling, this study uses a sampling area. The results of this study conclude that the Head of the Upper Kuantan Sub-District Has a Role in Developing the Village Consultative Body. From the results of the questionnaire analysis were responded by 15 respondents related to the Role of the Sub-District Head in Building the Village Consultative Body obtained 59 %, the value indicates that the Head of the Upper Kuantan Sub-District has been Guiding the Village Consultative Body in the Hulu Kuantan District. There are 5 indicators that become the author's reference in this study, a) Provision of Guidelines, b) Provision of Guidance, c) Provision of Direction, d) Provide Training and e) Revision. There are some obstacles, limited funds to hold the Death Activities
