La enseñanza de la literatura y el pluralismo metodológico

In current societies, which must be the challenges of the literary education? The success in innovation must be achieved by the recovery of this instructive value. The cognitive aptitude to interpret the reality and the sociocultural construction seems to be one of the axes. Nevertheless, it is necessary to underline the pleasure in reading as the basement in the acquisition of the literary competence. Likewise, another capital point to consider is the corpus of texts to be selected. In every sense, the corpus of texts ought to be multicultural; that is to say, the classical ones, the universal ones, but also texts according to the context and affections of the students (childhood literature, literature of masses,best-sellers...) Moreover, a comparative approach opens the range of possibilities because of the increasingly diffuse borders between differents discourses. This continuous contrastive comparison allows the connection of the different languages as an excellent channel of motivation.¿Cuáles deben ser, en la sociedad actual, los objetivos de la educación literaria? El camino de la renovación debe venir por la recuperación de su valor instructivo. La capacidad cognoscitiva para interpretar la realidad y la construcción sociocultural parece uno de los ejes. No obstante, cabe subrayar el placer que provoca la lectura como base para la adquisición de la competencia literaria. Asimismo, otro aspecto fundamental es el corpus de textos que deben utilizarse. Este debe ser, en todos los sentidos, multicultural, esto es, textos clásicos, universales y los más próximos en el contexto del estudiante como también aquellos pertenecientes a la denominada otra literatura (literatura infantil, literatura de masas, etcétera). Además del enfoque comparativo que permite un extenso abanico de opciones, las fronteras entre los diferentes discursos artísticos son cada vez más difusas, por lo que resulta fundamental aprovechar la conexión de los diferentes lenguajes como un excelente canal de motivación
