Educación Física: un camino hacia la experiencia corporal

Physical education throughout history has incorporated changes that have allowed it to understand its disciplinary and educational field concerning the historical moments that determine it. However, this intellectual production boomed after the mid-twentieth century has recreated trends that conceive the teacher’s work from particular intentions and objects of study. For this reason, considering thinking of the twentieth century as relevant to physical education realities in the twenty-first century represents an error that ignores the progress of research in the area that has been carried out in recent times. Thanks to this, it is intended to make a theoretical reconstruction of bodily experience as an academic discipline study object. This reconstruction allows to break in to modify the social imageries that have been recreated on the discipline and determines a horizon of resignification to recognize the importance of the absolute body in the formation of the human “being”-being a body.La educación física a lo largo de la historia ha incorporado cambios que le han permitido comprender su campo disciplinar y educativo en relación con los momentos históricos que la determinan; sin embargo, la producción intelectual que ha tenido auge después de la mitad del siglo XX ha recreado tendencias que conciben el quehacer del maestro desde intencionalidades y objetos de estudio particulares. Por esta razón, considerar el pensamiento del siglo XX como pertinente para las realidades de la educación física del siglo XXI representa un error que desconoce el avance de la investigación en el área que se ha realizado en el último tiempo; gracias a ello, se pretende realizar una reconstrucción teórica de la experiencia corporal como objeto de estudio de la disciplina académica, que no solo permite irrumpir con intención de modificar los imaginarios sociales que se han recreado sobre la disciplina, sino, también, determina un horizonte de resignificación sobre el cual reconocer la importancia del cuerpo absoluto en la formación del ser humano-ser cuerpo
