Abstract Background: Transient ischemic dilation (TID) measures left ventricle (LV) volume changes which can be associated with combination of myocardial and endocardial ischemia. Various stress methods, single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) imaging protocol, camera and software incite controversy on TID cut off.
