The research orientation is motivated by internal organizational problems, namely the problem of improving organizational performance which is influenced by the empowerment of human resources and human capital. The research investigates how the mediating role of human capital and employee commitment. Method of the research was a survey method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was applied to find out the correlation and influence among the observed variables, while the type of research was explanatory.
